Girls Little League Softball is a little league affiliated softball program for girls ages 6-12 in Wallingford. We all love softball, we enjoy teaching the girls how to play the game, and we benefit from watching our girls develop the strength, confidence and teamwork that will help them succeed on the field and in our community. Our league continues to grow and we have experienced great success on the field, including a state championship team! Fundraising is critical to the success of our league. The operating costs for tournaments, training facilities, uniforms, equipment, and field maintenance continues to increase, but we try to keep the costs to the families reasonable. We have great community support and our girls work hard to raise money through car washes, gift baskets and merchandise sales. We also want to leverage the many retailers, consumer products companies and restaurants that are willing to contribute a portion of their sales back to our league. That’s where Flipgive comes in.
