Geneva Generals Hockey: 

The Geneva General Hockey Program has been an active member of the community for over 20 years. The program has provided local youth with the opportunity to enjoy the exciting sport of hockey and learn valuable social skills such as teamwork and fair play. 

Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes, Geneva is home to Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Hobart has developed a first rate NCAA Hockey Program and often assists local players in the honing their hockey skills. FlipGive has been a wonderful addition to our fundraising efforts and we are so excited to be one of the $500 prize winners!

Evolution Elite AAA:

Evolution Elite is a hockey club out of Big Bear Ice Arena in Denver, CO. Founded in 2009, the hockey director, Sergei Bautin, is a former NHL player and Olympian who teaches his players to be smart, tough and work hard. The AAA U14 team works extremely hard, practising both on and off ice up to six times each week. The Colorado hockey community is not a large one, with only four AAA teams for the age group. Therefore, the team must travel to tournaments out of state in order to find competitive games.

Additionally, the team is host to a few scholarship kids who not otherwise not be able to play hockey due to the rising costs of junior sports. We have launched this fundraiser to help offset the costs of travelling to tournaments (transportation, accommodation and tournament fees) as well as to supplement our players in need. All monies raised through FlipGive directly assist the team by offsetting travel costs and supporting our scholarship program. Thanks again for the wonderful news about our winning!!! We certainly can use it and it came at the perfect time!
