Like so many of you parents, in the two months of social distancing we’ve had our kids get us to join them in performing the latest weekly Tik Tok dance craze. Our kids giggle at us trying to keep up to Charli d’Amelio or the Drake toosie slide. What we didn't realize is that these were not only fun dances, but also a pretty darn good burst of exercise at the same time.
